PROMOTION: GATEWAY PLAZA – Valentines Day Spin to Win!
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: 10am Wednesday 14thFebruary 2024 until 2pm Wednesday 14th February 2024
PARTICIPATION
1. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions
(“Terms and Conditions”), including how to enter and prize details. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Promotion commences at 10.00am, Wednesday 14th February (AEST)and closes at 2.00pm, Wednesday 14th February 2024 (AEST). (“Promotion Period”).
3. This Promotion is only open to Victorian residents.
4. Participants under 18 years old must have parent/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Gateway Plaza management, employees, retailers, and their immediate families together with agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
6. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
7. To participate in this Promotion, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
Present a receipt (from that day) showing a purchase made within Gateway Plaza, to ‘Spin to Win” staff within the promotional period times. Once the receipt is verified, the entrant will spin the wheel to win a prize.
8. Limit of one (1) spin permitted per Eligible Entrant per day
9. Receipts must be from Gateway Plaza stores
10. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a. are received outside the Promotion Period;
b. contain defamatory, offensive, inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
c. are incomplete or indecipherable; or
d. do not otherwise comply with the Terms and Conditions
Will be invalid and not eligible to win a prize.
11. No minimum spend required from any store
12. Purchases must be made within the promotional period.
13. Only receipts from 7am Wednesday 14th February 2024 until 2pm Wednesday14th February 2024 will be accepted.
THE PRIZES
14. A variety of prizes totaling $1,000 will be given away over the 4-hour period - or while stocks last
15. The Prizes are subject to the conditions relating to the use of the Prizes(including any applicable validity period).
16. First names of the winner may be published on the Gateway Plaza Facebook page
17. All decisions of the Promoter with respect to the matters referred to in these terms and conditions are final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
